ANB Enterprises, Inc is a privately owned real estate investment and property management company that is located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg. 

ANB Enterprises, Inc opened its’ doors for business in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1996.  Since then Jimmy and Tal Aviram, along with various real estate development partners including: Florida East Coast Realty, The Sembler Group, JMC Communities, Opus South, and BSR Projects, LLC to name a few, have helped revitalize the City of St. Petersburg and Pinellas County’s residential, business & cultural communities.
